We’ve prepared the adding camera help article for you. You can follow the below steps to find it:
1. Tap the “Add Camera Now” button, or tap the “?” button and then tap the “Add a new camera” button
2. Tap the “Cannot turn on?” button
3. Tap the “Scan QR code” button
4. Scan the QR code attached to the camera body(if you find no QR code, you can take off the shell of the camera to find it)
5. Read carefully and follow the steps in the help article to add your camera

I own a set (2) of Vico Security cameras, S/N’s: AIC3D6QRVES9030 and AIC3QRVES9039 and have had them for several months now. I also have a monthly subscription for recording and accessing my videos. During initial installation of the cameras, I had downloaded the Vico App from the Apple App Store and registered the cameras on the Vico website. However my Vico App would not allow to access all the features described in the user manual. I assumed my Vico App had not downloaded correctly so I deleted the App and downloaded it again. Now I am unable to access my Vico account. When I download the Vico App, It asks me to sign in for a new account.
Can you please assist in retrieving my account and subscription?

When I attempt to use the microphone on my phone, such as when I push the press to talk , it closes me out of the app. I’m also not able to hear anything if someone is outside talking.
I have sound and microphone turned on.
Looking for help please.
When I go to live screen, the sound button is always muted. When I push to listen,(take off mute), it removes me from the app. I can’t listen to birds or talk to anyone at the feeder.
