How to Register as a Beta Tester
To join our beta testing program, please fill out the registration form at VicoHome Beta Tester Application Form. The form only takes a few minutes to complete and will provide us with the necessary information to consider you for the program. Once selected, you will receive further instructions via email on how to participate in the testing process.
Your Role in the Beta Testing Program
Product testing: As we develop new or improved products mainly smart security devices, we will send you a device for testing. Throughout the testing period, your feedback will be collected to help us refine and optimize the product. You may receive more than one questionnaire covering your insights on the user experience before, during, or at the end of the testing period.
Feature experience: You may receive questionnaires or surveys collecting your feedback on specific features and functionalities.
Important Notes About Our Beta Testing Program
Spaces in the program are limited, and participants will be selected based on specific criteria. However, we encourage everyone interested to apply, as we value diverse perspectives and feedback from a wide range of users.
Our beta testing program is not a one-time event. Active participants who make significant contributions may receive additional benefits such as Amazon gift cards or opportunities to receive more products for free. However, participants who do not actively engage, for example, by not responding or responding late, may be removed from the program.
