How to use two way talk feature?

Your device supports the two-way talk feature, and you can use this feature to hear and speak with family members, pets, or anyone in front of the camera.

To use the two-way audio feature in the app, you can follow these steps:

Open the app and go to the homepage.

Click on the “Play” button to view the live feed from the camera.

Once you are viewing the live feed, hold the “Microphone”_.pngbutton to start talking. You will see the audio bar waving, indicating that your audio is being transmitted to the camera.

Release the “Microphone” button to end your talk.

If you can’t hear the audio from the app, try the following troubleshooting steps:

Check if your phone is muted or if notification sounds are turned off. Please make sure your phone’s volume is turned up to an audible level.

Ensure that the camera’s volume settings are turned up to an audible level. You can enable “Sound”on the live view page.

Ensure that the app enables “Live Audio Recording” and “Video Audio Recording” on the “Audio Setting” page.

Check that you have a stable network connection How to improve wifi connection?, and try switching to a stronger Wi-Fi signal if necessary.

If you can’t hear the audio from the camera, try the following troubleshooting steps:

Check that the camera’s microphone is not obstructed by anything and is functioning properly. Please make sure the protective film has been removed.

Check that the app has the necessary permissions to access the phone’s microphone.

Make sure that the speaker itself can work or not. Please try to check if you can hear the sound when the camera power is on/off. You can double-click the camera power button to manually make it turn on/off, you will hear a repeated “Ding Dong Ding Dong” sound after it is turned on.

Check that your network connection is stable. How can you improve your Wi-Fi connection? , and try moving your phone closer to the router for a stronger signal.
