Add Doorbell Step

Step 1: Power on the doorbell

Long press the power button of the doorbell for 3 seconds until you hear the startup sound and see the blue indicator light on.

Step 2: Double-click to make the doorbell enter the scanning state

Double-click the power button to make the doorbell enter the scanning state. When the doorbell is in the scanning state, you will hear a continuous “Ding Dong Ding Dong” sound and see the blue indicator light blinking at the same time.

Step 3: Tap “Add device”

After completing the above operations, slide up or down the current screen and then tap Add device.

If you enter the article through FAQ, please go to the home screen to tap Add device Now, or tap +-> tap Add a new device.

Next, you will be guided to connect the device to the app. You can tap Add device after reading the following steps.

Step 4: Prepare Wi-Fi network QR code

Select WI-FI, or manually enter the name of your Wi-Fi (Please note that the device only supports 2.4G WI-FI). Then enter the password of the Wi-Fi to generate the WiFi QR code.

Step 5: Take the doorbell to scan the generated QR code

Take the doorbell to scan the QR code generated in the app.

Please make sure the doorbell lens is clean.

Besides, the QR code should be 6~12 inches in front of the device. You can slowly move the device back and forth to adjust the distance to get the best focus.

And please do it in an environment that is not too bright or too dark.

If the doorbell successfully scans the QR code, it will make a beep sound “Ding“.

Step 6: Name the doorbell and set a location for the doorbell

Name your doorbell and choose/add/edit the location where your doorbell is placed.

Step 7: Automatic doorbell Upgrade

Usually, the doorbell will upgrade the firmware automatically after added to the app, so please wait for a while. After the doorbell is upgraded, you will see the added doorbell on the home screen.
