The device admin refers to the person who has added the device to this app. Scanning the admin QR code grants partial access to the device, such as viewing the live stream, receiving motion notifications, and accessing motion recordings.
How do I find the admin QR code?
Please ask the device admin to follow these steps: Go to the home page of the app and find the “Share” icon, then tap on “Device Sharing.”
Important notes
The admin QR code is valid for only 30 minutes from the time it is generated. Please complete the scanning process within 30 minutes.
Device sharing requires the admin user and the shared user to be registered in the same country.
If you scan unrelated QR codes, such as QR codes on the device body, you will receive an error message saying “Invalid QR code”.
