How to use Pan and Tilt feature?

The Pan and Tilt feature allows you to remotely rotate your camera horizontally (pan) and vertically (tilt) using the app. This gives you greater control over your surveillance coverage.

To use the Pan and Tilt feature in the app, you can follow these steps:

  • Please enter the live stream on the app’s homepage.
  • Once you are viewing the live stream, you will see “four black arrows.”

that allow you to move the camera up, down, left, and right.

Use these arrows to adjust the camera’s view and monitor the desired area.

What should I do if the camera fails to rotate?

  1. Please check whether you can view the live view or not. You can try to stand in front of the camera or walk around to confirm whether the image is synchronized. If not, please check if the network connected to the device is stable. You can also try to restart the router and adjust the resolution of the live stream to SD.
  2. Please confirm whether the camera firmware and app version are updated to the latest.
  3. You can also try rebooting the camera and see if the device rotates when rebooting.
  4. If the above solutions cannot solve the issue, you can send feedback through the app for further technical support.

Notes:

  • Not all cameras support the Pan and Tilt feature. You can check the product description or manual to see if a camera model supports that.
  • There may be limitations to the pan and tilt features on your camera, such as a limited range of motion or a maximum speed. Refer to the product manual for specific information about any limitations or restrictions on your camera model.
  • Please note that not all camera models support auto tracking feature. This feature allows the camera to automatically track and follow moving objects to record the movements. You can check the product description or manual to see if your camera model supports this feature.
