You are able to save cloud videos from the App. Here is how.
Open the App
Tap the Library tab. In the library, all cloud videos will be collected from your cameras.
Save single video
- Enter the video playing screen and tap the Choose button at the top right corner of the page.
- Choose the wanted cloud video and tap the download button at the bottom right corner of the page.
Save all
- Tap the edit button at the top right corner of the Library page.
- Tap the Select All button at the top left corner first, then tap the Download button at the bottom right of the page.
- Please note that the app only downloads 20 videos at a time by tapping Select All.
Notes:
You can find the downloaded videos on your phone’s album.
Currently, this app is not able to save the video automatically.
Make sure you have a good internet connection during the download.
