You are able to delete cloud videos from the App. Here is how.
Open the App
Tap the Library tab. In the library, all cloud videos will be collected from your cameras.
Delete single video
Enter the video playing screen and tap the Choose button at the top right corner of the page.
Choose the unwanted cloud video and tap the trash can button at the bottom left corner of the page.
Delete all
Tap the edit button at the top right corner of the Library page and under the date panel.
Tap the Select All button at the top left corner first, then tap the trash can button at the bottom left of the page.
Please note that the app only deletes 20 videos at a time by tapping Select All.
Please note that once the videos are deleted, they cannot be recovered anymore.
How to Filter Videos in the App?
- Tap the Library tab.
- Tap the filter button at the top left corner of the library page and choose Devices/Video tag/Others to filter videos.
- Download or Delete videos to your preference.
