Currently, this app cannot change the notification sound directly due to limitations imposed by the phone’s operating system. We understand that customization options are important to our users, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this limitation. We’re working on finding ways to improve this feature in future updates.
Is there an alternative way to change the notification sound for the app?
Although our app does not currently provide a built-in option to change the notification sound, you can still modify the default notification sound for your device. By accessing the system settings on your device, you can select a different default sound that will apply to our app’s notifications as well. Please refer to your device’s user manual or support documentation for instructions on changing the default notification sound.
How do you disable notifications?
For Lite users who do not have any Awareness plan, you can go to “Camera Setting” > “Notification Settings” to disable “Motion Detection Notification.”
For Basic/Plus/Pro users who have any Awareness plans, you can go to “Camera Setting” > “Notification Settings” to disable “Merge Push &Classification &Other.” You can also set the activity zone to select the security zone to receive the notification.
Also, you can enable “Do not disturb.”
at the top right corner of the home page. You can choose 30 minutes、2 hours, or 12 hours to not receive any Motion detection notification, but all events will still be recorded.
You can still use Do Not Disturb with Focus on your iPhone or use Do Not Disturb with Sound on your Android phone.
